Who we are

This website is operated by One Proxima Capital ("we", "us"). It is an informational site describing our firm, our investment strategy, and a selection of our portfolio. It does not offer accounts, transactions, or investor portals.

What we collect

The site has no forms, no sign-up, and no comment features, so you cannot submit personal information through it. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not use any tracking pixels.

Like every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs when you load a page. A log entry includes your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser and device type your software reports. We use these logs only to keep the site running, to diagnose faults, and to defend against abuse. They are not joined to any other data about you.

Third-party services

Two features on this site fetch resources from providers other than us. When they load, your browser sends your IP address and standard request headers to that provider, under that provider’s own privacy terms.

• The portfolio map is drawn with map tiles served by OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org). See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
• Photography on the portfolio, strategy, and case-study pages is sourced from Unsplash and delivered through our own image service, so your browser requests it from us rather than from Unsplash directly.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set cookies. The site may use your browser’s local storage for interface state only — for example, remembering that you dismissed a notice. Nothing stored this way identifies you, and nothing is sent to us.

Email

If you email us at the address in the footer, we will hold your message and address for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. Because this site collects almost nothing, such a request will usually concern email correspondence or server logs. Send requests to the address below and we will respond within thirty days.

Children

This site is intended for institutional and professional audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we add features that change what the site collects — a contact form, analytics, or a newsletter — we will update this policy first and change the date at the top of the page.
